I don't know about you, but after a much needed
Christmas Vacation... I'm chomping at the bit
to head out Monday morning and get to work on
closing my first deal of 2014.
Call me crazy, but I LOVE MY JOB wholesaling
houses and I really think you're gonna dig it

No kidding, at $8700/deal (my current average)
