HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US?

Every good Leasing Consultant, in the Apartment Industry, knows that tracking their phone calls is of the utmost importance. First asking "How did you hear about us?" let's them track which ads or signs are making the most significant impact in their rentals. Secondly asking "Can I have your zip code?' tells them exactly which areas of town to target their largest advertising efforts. Thirdly asking "Why are you considering this location?" explains why people are looking in the area, so that they may include some of these reasons in their advertising.

You may be able to place a less expensive ad in a local newspaper of your highest target area. Or you might be able to put up flyers that will reach your target market. Asking the right questions will really help you do this.

You may find that big expensive newspaper ad isn't really working and that people are finding your rental because you put up directional signs to the property. Or that new ad on the internet really is making that phone ring. Once you know what's working for you, stick with it and make renting that property a breeze.
