“Mortgage Assignment.”

Phil has a good program and he will help you build the confidence you need to be a great investor.

His planning is spot on.

Mortgage Assignments are by far the best way to make a return on your marketing efforts as most of the callers will not have any equity and can no longer afford their homes.
